Mr Stoikovich is an experienced mining executive, corporate finance professional and Chartered Environmentalist. Mr Stoikovich is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GreenX Metals Limited (ASX: GRX) and was formerly a Director of the Mining and Metals Corporate Finance Division of Standard Chartered Bank in London, with extensive experience in financing the development of African mining projects and exposure to the mineral sands sector.

He is a Chartered Accountant who has gained extensive corporate, commercial and technical experience in the mining sector throughout his career. Mr Eagar has previously held a number of senior executive positions in the resources sector, more recently with an African mining-focused private equity firm.

He worked for a large international Chartered Accounting firm before joining the Normandy Mining Group where he was a senior group executive for approximately ten years. He has had extensive corporate and management experience and is currently a director with several publicly listed companies in the resources sector.
Mr Jones has over 30 years of mining industry experience with 22 years in a number of senior roles at Rio Tinto Group, where most recently, Mr Jones was Managing Director of Rio Tinto’s Simandou iron ore project, one of the world’s largest proposed mining developments.
Dr Stephens is a Geologist with extensive experience in the resources sector having spent in excess of 20 years in board, executive management, senior operational and economic geology research roles for a number of companies.
Mr Pearce is a Chartered Accountant and is currently a director of several listed companies that operate in the resources sector. He has had considerable experience in the formation and development of listed resource companies and has worked for several large international Chartered Accounting firms. Most recently, Hugo was instrumental in the development of the Asanko Gold Mine where he oversaw the BFS, the construction, commissioning and successful ramp up of the mine, six weeks ahead of schedule and under budget. During his time at Asanko he held various positions including COO and SVP Projects and Engineering.

His recent experience has focused on business improvement within mine operations, due diligence for potential acquisitions and mine feasibility studies. His technical skills include extensive mineral resource capability being both CP and QP for several commodities. Jurisdictions include Australia, Africa, Europe, the former Soviet Union and Scandinavia.
